PDF bank statements to CSV you can check

StatementSnap is for bookkeepers and small accounting firms who retype or clean up client PDF statements by hand. Upload a statement, get a CSV in QuickBooks, Xero or Wave import format.

What makes it different

Extraction tools can misread a digit. StatementSnap recomputes the running balance from the opening balance and every row. If a row does not add up, it is flagged for you to review instead of silently passing through. Rows that reconcile are marked as verified.

How it works

  1. Upload a PDF bank or credit-card statement.
  2. Rows are extracted and balance-checked.
  3. Review any flagged rows, then download the CSV.

Pricing

First 3 statements free, no card needed. After that, planned pricing is per-statement packs or about USD 29/month. Final pricing is not fixed yet; I will tell you before you pay anything.

Honest status

StatementSnap is new and being built now. It is not yet tested across every bank's layout, and scanned (image-only) PDFs are not supported and are reported as such. It currently runs locally on your computer (Python and poppler); there is no hosted version yet. Early users get a direct line to me and their feedback shapes what gets fixed first.
